Nike Air Griffey Max II “Fresh Water”

Nike releases the Griffey Max II “Fresh Water” to the public.¬† The dude had some of the dopest shoes to EVER be released in the golden age of the ’90s.¬† This shoe brings back some classic memories, with its vintage styling and dual forefoot and heel cushioning.¬† Wow.¬†
Available @ Nice Kicks.

Amare, Chris Bosh and DeSean link up for a new Nike ad. Looks like Griffey, Jr. has some new kicks on the market, and they look fresh. I’m glad to see the Kid picking up the slack when the rest of these baseball squares settle for the same old sh*t.
P.S. Can we please admit that Babe Ruth was not the greatest of all time, already? Thank you.
Jordan Alpha Trunner Cool Grey
Jordan Brand unveils an upcoming colorway in its Alpha Trunner, a contemporary take on the brand’s original Trunner released back in 1999. The kicks feature the brand’s familiar Cool Grey scheme, sporting two shades of grey with white highlights via the liner, laces and outsole. A release is slated for April 2011 through select Jordan Brand accounts.
Nike Air Max Penny 1 “Orlando”
As cool now as it was when it first arrived, Nike’s Air Max Penny 1 sees a re-issue for 2011 as the shoe returns in its original Orlando Magic colorway. Although probably not as popular as the Air Penny II or Foamposite, the shoes still retain that distinct nostalgic value associated with Anfernee Hardaway’s signature line, especially amongst the OG sneakerheads. Priced at $125 USD, this new retro will see a release on March 11 through select Nike retail accounts, including Nice Kicks.
Props to the beast.
