KeilyN – “‘96 Olympics” Coming Later This Week…

“I kill a snap back rapper in an instant/murder every bar, get a sentence for a sentence…”
After dropping the Michael Jordan trailer and #JoeJackson two weeks ago, KeilyN will be dropping off the next gem in his Timing campaign later this week.
Without giving too much away, we can say this will be a fun track where KeilyN goes in over a classic industry beat. We will also be dropping a video for “‘96 Olympics” in the next few weeks. Both the recording and the video pay homage to one of the best groups to do it…”Wu-Tang is here forever!…”
Oh, and if you have a little time, head over to DJ Booth to comment on and rate Joe Jackson. They have been really supportive of us, and we appreciate the great job they do. And as always, we appreciate any love and support!
Respect The Mic – Abbey Pub (Chicago)
Well well. Looks like the Abbey Pub was the place to be this past Tuesday. Salute to the legend 9th Wonder, and the young talent, Freddie Gibbs. There’s always something going down in Chi-town, and good look from the soldier Salvatore for keeping us in the loop.
Have a blessed weekend. And as always, keep it Fresh.

Exile – 4TRK MIND Artwork

Uh, where do I even start with this? I guess let’s start simple: this is the third West coast post in a row. Okay, that was easy.
Second, Exile, one of the best producers in the game and one of my personal favorites, is releasing a rap album on October 4th that he recorded entirely on a 4-track recorder. And yes, I am pretty sure he is going to be doing the rapping. Hmm.
Third, how bout that artwork? LoL. Well, alright bro. Pretty damn funny though.
Fourth, in conjunction with LRG, Exile will be letting loose a mixtape with some unreleased stuff on August 31st so be on the lookout for that.
Think that’s about it folks. Thankfully, it’s been a quite night in London. Thus far…

We now have August 2nd as the official release date for the album that would have piqued my interest more than sex when I was about 23. However, now a days with Kanye at an entirely different point in his career, it just doesn’t get me as amped up for some reason. I am literally listening to ‘H.A.M.’ for the first time right now. Yes, I am way, way late to that party. Shxt! That artwork is ill though.
Now with that said, in no way, shape or form am I hating on this. How could you? Man, this is two of my favorite artists of all-time rocking on the same album. Okay, now that I think about this, it still might pique my interest more than sex still now. LoL.
Pre-order off Hovi Hov’s site now. They were alleging this was dropping on July 4, but anyone who believed that is an idiot. Never expect to see those type of fraudulent rumors posted here. There is way more important shit in life than to post fake release dates. So dumb…
After the jump, check out VEVO’s preview of ‘H.A.M.’ from the G.O.O.D. Music Showcase down in Austin.

Yung Monsta – We Re-Invented The Remix 2 Artwork

We now have the artwork for Yung Monsta’s upcoming project, We Re-Invented The Remix 2 (Hosted by Chip Banks). The tape should be dropping in early June, so make sure you check it. Youngstown stand up!
Event: Classics p.2 – Via Bella – 06.04.2011

Of course they couldn’t stop with throwing just one of these parties. Cop your tickets at Ichor Sports right now.
That VIP is kind of looking like a nice deal too.
Sidenote: ‘Thuggish Ruggish Bone’ is so ridiculous.
Stalley Show Recap

As you know we hosted Stalley along with the amazing Elevator Music on April 26th down at Skully’s. So many thanks to everyone who came out to enjoy the evening with us. I can’t even tell you how much fun I had. Chilling with old friends and meeting new people, it was a great, great night. Oh, and plus the lineup was incredible.
A big shout to Big D and the whole Elevator Music fam, Stalley and Dan, LxE and T Dials who I got to catch up with for the first time in forever. Crazy, crazy laughs.
More pics after the jump.
