Nike Air Jordan Grey XI
These dropped on the 23rd/24th and got gobbled up quickly. Luckily, I had these back when they originally dropped in what had to be like 1999 or 2000. I also copped a pair now even though they sold out here. This is the advantage of living in the UK and them not getting nearly as hyped about Jordan releases as we get.

Air Jordan III Black/Cement 2011 Retro
Looks like we have another holiday season release on the way.  The Jordan III is recognized as the shoe that really took the Jordan brand to the next level.  This classic will be available in the black/cement colorway soon.
Although Holiday 2010 stands as one of the more exciting seasons in recent times, Holiday 2011 will stand toe-to-toe with this year as we learn that Jordan Brand has confirmed another retro of its Air Jordan III in the iconic black/cement colorway. Following news of a Concord XI drop during the same season, the shoes will once again grace store shelves even though the shoes were retroed not too long ago via the CDP. Official imagery of both hasn’t been released but samples are sure to be floating around once 2011 arrives. Stay tuned for further news as it becomes available.

Jay Electronica – The Announcement (Mountain Dew Code Red Commercial)
Electronica gets some respect (and dollars) from Mountain Dew.  I always feel like this dude has something up his sleeve.  He would be the type of dude who drops one major classic album and then retires.  This video is slick, tho.  Props to nah.

Umm…some of what we do here at The Higher Plane is strategize at a very high level politically. Most of the great political decisions of the last ten years, we were using our boy Rahm Emanuel and his various positions, namely Chief of Staff to Barack Obama or President Obama, as our messenger.
The boy Sammy and Espo had a chance to catch up with our good friend in what looks like some beautiful Caribbean weather.

The album is called Intergalactic Groove Shack since it sticks on the electronic/dance side of things. Don’t get it twisted, I spit.
This album is really light hearted with playful lyrics that focus on the party side of things. I basically got tired of hearing everyone talk about how – “I’m this and I’m that and I got this got that” so I decided to go left field and make a party-dance rap album. I’m keeping the glad in rap ya dig?!
