Sports, Sports, Sports_Jim Rome vs. ‘Chris’ Everett

This seems somewhat staged to me now that I look at it again.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Friday was really slow. Hopefully, I will drop some new stuff here soon. Oh, and Mike Brown is your Eastern Conference All-Star coach.

Don’t Worry Be Happy!

By Salvatore Hall —inspired by Bobby McFerrin’s ‘Don’t Worry, Be Happy’

I reflect on times passed and the highs and lows of my life. I want to to see how I have ended up where I am. Not on top yet, but certainly going to press forward with proper intent.

I have developed a passion for learning and expanding my thought, and have studied books and people for some time now. The most important trait I think that I have found for success is gratitude. If we agree that a positive life style is fashioned through a mindful life and paired with positive actions, this leads to positive vibes.
These vibes are sent into the earth which will attract positive life experiences into our lives, then we must quest for the strongest of our positive vibrations. I feel it is gratitude. There are things we all take for granted everyday. Trivial things such as turning the faucet and water comes out. We take that as common place, but the truth is we have access to H2O as freely as we do and makes us unique. To our knowledge, this is of the entire galaxy. Without water we perish.

The fact we have something essential to our life span so readily available, it is worth our time to reflect on something so simple and give thanks. If we do not practice mindful gratitude, and we allow our suffering, fear, and doubt come into play, those vibrations will come together and create negative patterns in our lives. We need to step up our vibrations, and concentrate on things with a higher purpose.

We are given a mind so intricate that we have turned nothing into skyscrapers, automobiles, airplanes, electricity, and every modern convenience. Why have we stopped discovering? The inventions and processes for development have grown, but now we have become stagnant. We are ready to rely on others instead of ourselves and our relationship with our creator. If we counter this momentum of doubt with mindfulness and gratitude throughout life, we will create a better existence. Instead of concentrating on what we do not have it seems better to be mindful and thankful for the things that we do have.

Times are difficult, and it seems like the unemployment line is growing by the thousands every day. What is great is that through these challenges we can test our mettle. We have always claimed we live in one of the greatest countries in the world, now it is our turn live up to our protestation.

I ask that you pray for me as I will for you. Let us try to be more tolerant and understand our human brothers and sisters. Look at a person and extract their spirit. Let go of formalities and know that the persons you will encounter also share inner monologue. They go through the same trials and tribulations as we all go through in this life.

There is no doubt that Earth is not our soul’s final resting place, so our goal should be to do the most good. We shall make sure our acts show Gods unconditional love and compassion to His creation. No one is perfect, and we all struggle but we can all make the moments ahead the best of our lives. Be mindful and know the positive effect you can have on the people and the world we inhabit.

LiVe.LoVe.LiFe.

Peace.

Eminem feat. Dr. Dre – Guilty Conscience

This joint flipped the game on it’s head, and the video was so well executed.

The Chef feat. Ghost_Criminology 2

This Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Part 2 is similar to Detox in that it was supposed to be out when I was 21 years old. I am 25. Allegedly it drops April 7th.

Even though, new Rae is cool by me.
